DOOR TO DOOR (DD)
We pick-up the cargoes at shipper's premises and deliver at consignee's door.

Elements of DD
  1. Our responsibility begins when we receive the sealed container at shipper's premises and ends when we have delivered the same sealed container at consignee's door.
  2. Assigned trucker is a company's extension and reflection.
  3. General policy dictates that we do not entertain claims on shortages arising from door shipment delivered with intact seal.
  4. Counting is the sole responsibility of the shipper.
  5. Special equipment/materials needed during stuffing or stripping shall be provided by the shipper or consignee.


PIER TO DOOR (PD)
We receive the cargoes at our receiving terminal or container yard (CY) and deliver at consignee's door.

  1. Our responsibility begins when we receive the cargoes at our receiving terminal or container yard and ends when we have delivered the same sealed container at consignee's door.
  2. Assigned trucker is a company's extension and reflection.
  3. General policy dictates that we do not entertain claims on shortages arising from door shipment delivered with intact seal (for van out)
  4. Counting is the sole responsibility of the shipper ( for van out)
  5. Special equipment needed during stripping shall be provided by the consignee.

We pick-up the cargoes at shipper's premises and consignee withdraws the same at our terminal or container yard.

  1. Our responsibility begins when we receive the sealed container at shipper's premises and ends when consignee has withdrawn the same at our terminal or container yard.
  2. Assigned trucker is a company's extension and reflection.
  3. General policy dictates that we do not entertain claims on shortages arising from door shipment with intact seal prior to stripping.
  4. Counting is the sole responsibility of the shipper.
  5. Special equipment/materials needed during stuffing or stripping shall be provided by the shipper or consignee.


PIER TO PIER (PP)
We receive the cargoes at our receiving terminal or container yard (CY) and consigee withdraws the same at our terminal or container yard.

Elements of PP
  1. Our responsibility begins when we received the cargoes at our receiving terminal or container yard and ends when the consignee has withdrawn the same sealed container at our container yard.
  2. General policy dictates that we do not entertain claims on shortages arising from door shipment delivered with intact seal (for van out)
  3. Counting is the sole responsibility of the shipper (for van out)
  4. Special equipment/materials needed for cargo protection shall be for the provision of the customer.
