RELIEF MISSION IN LAGUNA AND PANGASINAN (Oct 26, 2009)
RELIEF MISSION IN LAGUNA AND PANGASINAN. Negros Navigation officers and staff recently visited typhoon hit areas in Laguna and Pangasinan. More than 4,000 families were given relief goods consisting of basic food with blankets and clothing. As part of the relief efforts, Negros Navigation Cargo Division also provided free transport of relief goods from Visayas and Mindanao going to Luzon to be distributed to victims of typhoon “Ondoy” and “Pepeng.” Different NGOs, media and other cause-oriented groups availed of the free cargo service to help typhoon victims. For those wishing to send huge quantities of relief goods requiring a container for free, you may contact (02) 554-8777 local 9133 and look for Mr. Jun Manalang.
